Questions & Answers

01.

Which service is right for my business?

Choose the Brand Photography Session if you mainly need updated photographs for your website, social media, press, or marketing. The Signature Brand Content Day is better if you need both photography and short-form video for a launch, campaign, or several months of content. The Brand Content Partnership is designed for businesses that need new video content every month.

02.

What happens before the session?

You’ll complete a brand questionnaire and meet with me to discuss your business, audience, goals, and how you plan to use the content. From there, I’ll help plan the location, visual direction, wardrobe, props, setups, and shot priorities.

03.

Do I need to know exactly what content I need?

No. Come prepared to talk about what you offer, what you’re promoting, and where you plan to share the content. I’ll help turn that information into a clear production plan.

04.

What can we photograph during a brand session?

Depending on your business, we can photograph you, your team, your process, workspace, products, services, tools, customer experience, and the details that help people understand what you do.

05.

Can my team, clients, or models participate?

Yes. Let me know who needs to be included during planning so we can build them into the schedule and confirm whether any releases or additional coverage are needed.

06.

What if I’m uncomfortable in front of the camera?

That’s completely normal. I’ll guide you through posing, movement, expressions, and each setup so you’re never left wondering what to do.

07.

What is included in short-form content production?

Short-form content may include vertical B-roll, talking-head clips, service demonstrations, process videos, product footage, and simple text-led videos. The exact deliverables depend on the service you select.

08.

Do you provide social-media management?

No. My role is to plan, photograph, film, and edit the visual content. Caption writing, posting, scheduling, community engagement, and account management are not included unless added through a custom proposal.

09.

Where can I use the final content?

Standard usage includes your website, organic social media, email, press, and other marketing channels owned by your business. Paid advertising, third-party publication, resale, and extended licensing require additional approval and may involve a separate fee.

10.

Can I add more time, locations, photographs, or videos?

Yes. Additional coverage, locations, edited videos, interviews, team photography, rush delivery, and other production needs can be added through a custom proposal.
